Una Casa de Campo ecléctica

La casa tenia más de 60 años, se había ampliado en varias ocasiones, se habían bajado los techos con escayola, los muros tenían humedad y la distribución no se adaptaba ya a las necesidades de los propietarios.  

Para reformar la casa optamos por ampliar una parte de la edificación, modificar ligeramente la distribución interior y eliminar los falsos techos. Pensando en mantener la esencia de la casa queríamos construir un espacio luminoso, amplio y acogedor, donde convivan los detalles vintage con muebles modernos, se complementen antigüedades con lámparas vanguardistas. Restauramos las puertas y los muebles existentes, mantuvimos el suelo hidráulico donde estaba intacto, dejamos las vigas del techo a la vista y lo mezclamos con muebles de Ikea, luces de Iluce y estores plisadas de Glücksysteme a medida. Para unificar lo espacios se pintó toda la casa en blanco. 

El resultado es una Casa de Campo ecléctica, actual y con carácter propio.

An eclectic Country House

The house had more than 60 years, had been extended several times, had lowered ceilings, the walls were damp and the distribution didn´t fit  the needs of the owners. To reform the house we chose to enlarge a part of the building, slightly modify the interior and remove the false ceilings. Thinking of keeping the essence of the house we wanted to build a bright, generous and welcoming space, where coexists vintage details with modern furniture, antique lamps with avant-garde complements. We restored the existing doors and furniture, kept the hydraulic floor where it was intact, let the rafters to the eye and combined it with Ikea furniture, lamps from Iluce and pleated blinds from Glücksysteme. To unify the spaces the walls were painted white. The result is an eclectic Country House, actual and with character.

Ein eklektisches Landhaus

Das Haus war mehr als 60 Jahre alt, hatte mehrere Anbauten, abgehängte Decken, feuchte Wände und sein Grundriss passte nicht mehr zu Bedürfnissen der Eigentümer. Um es zu reformieren, entschieden wir, einen Teil des Gebäudes zu erweitern, eine geringfügige Modifikation der Raumaufteilung vorzunehmen und die abgehängten Decken zu entfernen. Wir wollten die Essenz des Hauses beibehalten, helle, offene und angenehme Räume schaffen, wo Vintage-Details mit modernen Möbeln, Antiquätäten mit avantgardistischen Lampen koexistieren. Wir restaurierten die vorhandenen Türen und Möbel, der hydraulische Boden wurde so weit es geht beibehalten, die Deckenbalken sichtbar gelassen und mit Ikea-Möbeln, Lampen von Iluce und Plisseeanlagen von Glücksysteme, kombiniert. Um alle Bereiche zu vereinheitlichen wurden die Wände weiß gestrichen. Das Ergebnis ist eine eklektische Landhaus, aktuell und mit Charakter.
